I Peter Chambrelan the elder of London Chirurgion beinge at this present weake of body but of perfect minde and memory (thankes be therefore given vnto Allmightie God) doe make and declare this my last will and testament Indented in writinge in manner and forme followinge That is to saie


 I Peter Chambrelan the yonger of London Surgeon being Sicke of bodie butt of good and perfect mynde and memorie thankes be therefore given to God Doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in manner and forme followinge That is to saie


I Peter Chamberlen Doctor in Physic his Majesties First abd Eldest Physician in ordinary to his Royal Person being weak in Body But of good and perfect mind and memory (All praise be given to God) Do make and ordaine this my last will and Testament in manner following


That on or about the eighteenth daie of June anno Dm one thousand six hundred twentie seven Anthony Luther of Kelvedon in the Countie of Essex Esquire being sick in body but of ___ minde memory and understanding did declare and make his last will and testament nuncupative in these words following or the like in effect __ his Brother Richard Luther standing by his bedside


The xxith day of March in the xxviiith year of the Reign our Sovereign Lady Elizabeth of England France and Ireland queen defender of the Faith I Thomas Luther of Kelvedon in the countie of Essex being sick of body and yet of perfect memory (thanks be to the Almighty god) do make and ordeyn this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say



The year of our Lord god a Thousand five hundreth fourty and two the 23 Day of August I Sir John Dawtrey Knight being sick of body hole and of parfict memory do ordeyn and make my last will and testament in forme and maner hereafter following


I Sir John Dawtrey of More in the parish of Petworth in the Countie of Sussex, Knight, sick in body and of good and ___ mynd and remembrance make my last will and testament in manner and forme followyng

I William Dawtrey of Chichester in the Countie of Sussex Esquire being weak and sick of bosy but of good and perfect remembrance Do make ordaine and consitute this my last will and testament in manner and forme followinge
