That on or about the eighteenth daie of June anno Dm one thousand six hundred twentie seven Anthony Luther of Kelvedon in the Countie of Essex Esquire being sick in body but of ___ minde memory and understanding did declare and make his last will and testament nuncupative in these words following or the like in effect __ his Brother Richard Luther standing by his bedside
The said Anthony Luther finding himself sick unto death said
Brother you and I must __ you are mine heire and all that I have I give you only I give fortie shillings by the yeare for ever to the poore of this parish (meaning the parish of Kelvedon) and here are some poore kindred that are ___ aswell as mine I pray ___ and find unto them and I know you will
